Communications + PR: Oh Ye of Limited Budget

Let me take a wild guess and posit that you have limited funds to work with.  A limited budget does not have to mean limited productivity or creativity.   You may not have money but you do have other resources right in front of you – your staff and their commitment and creativity.

Strategic Question: How do you leverage your resources?  How do you synchronize your office’s or department’s work to maximize the outcome? 

Don’t use this economy as an excuse to give your constituents less.  Give it your all, focus like a laser, use your staff well, be smart and strategic in your work.

Not only will you surprise others, you may start to feel pretty good yourself.
