Personal Life Coaching

Following my experience with breast cancer and the loss of both my parents within a short period of time, I took the lessons learned and became a Personal Life Coach.

I’ve enjoyed 17 years of this work and I am always eager to partner with new clients.

As a coach, I listen, tease out objectives and create timelines and milestones while you provide your own knowledge and desire. It is a true partnership that ensures success. My wish is that you do the work with ease and joy and in a way that is organically sustainable for the long haul.

Time management, work/life balance, career satisfaction and accountability are consistent issues, but here is what is arising these days:

1. Entrepreneurial Empowerment

I love this! Do you have an idea in your head that you cannot let go of but at the same time can’t move forward? I have helped people launch non-profit organizations, create spiritual communities, tighten up their business communication, figure out their side hustle, publish books and more.

2. Nourishment + Self-Care

I just completed my studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a certified Health and Nutrition Coach. What I love the most is their concept of Primary Foods – the stuff that is not on the plate. It is a holistic look that includes exercise, employment, spirituality, self-care, social connections and more. The emphasis on what nourishes all aspects of living a juicy life is the reason I chose this program. Schedule a sample session to learn how to use this tool. Then we’ll talk about your health, food and healthy eating.

3. Virtual DeCluttering

If you can’t find your keys to get out there and make this world a better place, you have to call me! I offer virtual decluttering house calls that can also address your work-from-home environment. They are a hoot and they work! Here’s a link to see where you can donate a variety of things and keep them out of the landfill.

If you’re unsure as to how to move forward as you work on a short or long term initiative, or if you need a general sounding board, coach, or person to hold you accountable to get things finished, even for small scale projects, I can’t recommend Gari enough as a thought partner and coach to help you get rolling sooner!
