I’ve been doing this work for 20+ years and I am grateful for every minute spent with every client. I want women to achieve professional and personal success, bringing energy and balance to their lives. As your coach, I am free of judgement as I attune to all your communication including words, pauses, sighs and smiles.

My professional began as a teacher at the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and then became a coach through studies at Coach U. As a solopreneur, I attended Wharton School’s Small Business Development Program in addition to years of experience in marketing, development and communications at ad agencies and non-profit organizations. Recent certification as a Health and Nutrition Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition adds to my holistic approach. Each part of this professional journey is of benefit to my clients as I bring focus, clarity, information, empathy and intuition to each session.

With a client’s permission, I sometimes use salty words that seem to work. And, with a client’s permission, I may ask a lovingly confrontative question. I hear what is said and more importantly, what is not said.
